Our Colon Care System is a gentle, all-natural system designed to be used regularly as an effective colon cleanse and potent colon support. This system uses natural herbs and plants to work together with the body's natural elimination process.

The information here will show you how to use the HealthStep® Colon Care program to achieve the best results from proper elimination. This monthly program is two weeks of the HealthStep® Colon Cleanse Formula then two weeks of the HealthStep™ Daily Maintenance Formula.

The HealthStep® Colon Cleanse Formula is our gentle proprietary formula that is designed to increase intestinal peristalsis and cleanse the intestines, the blood, the urinary tract and the liver. Take one pill a day for two weeks with breakfast. Be sure to eat before taking this supplement. Drink two glasses of room temperature water within one hour of taking the supplement.

After two weeks of taking the HealthStep® Colon Cleanse Formula, follow up with the HealthStep® Daily Maintenance Formula. Take one to two pills a day with warm water 15 minutes before dinner. This is our gentle daily maintenance formula designed based on an ancient East Indian classic formula of three herbs. It offers deep cleansing, nutritional support and long-term maintenance with no stimulants. These three herbs regulate the digestive system uniquely cleansing and detoxifying at the deepest organic levels without depleting the body's reserves. Regular use promotes good colon health, stimulates intestinal walls, and provides overall support for the digestive function. When taken regularly over a long period, it can gently effect the elimination and purification of waste from the tissues of the entire body.  

Regular use of the HealthStep® Colon Care System will ensure that your digestive and elimination tract work at their optimal level. This system is safe and gentle enough to use every month. It is a deep and potent system from which you will feel results. We recommend that you stay on the HealthStep® Colon Care System for a minimum of three months or longer if you like the results. While you are on the HealthStep® Colon Cleanse System, it is important to follow two simple rules:

1. Drink plenty of water. (It will help with the overall cleansing and flushing of body toxins. It is far better to drink too much water than too little.)
   
2. Eat a well-balanced, high-fiber diet that includes fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, bran, and beans. Fiber adds bulk and moisture to the stool, and it speeds movement through the bowel.

Remember, a healthy person can have 1 to 2 bowel movements daily. Ideally this includes 1 first thing in the morning, and 1 within 30 minutes after each meal. After cleansing, you should maintain a minimum of 1 bowel movement daily. Use the HealthStep® Daily Maintenance formula to assist in maintaining regularity.
